Project Management

Continuity of management is key throughout the course of a project. With this goal in mind, design and construction phase site services are directly managed by a Senior Architect who acts as Project Architect.

We organize a Project Team for each project, ensuring that all team members are involved in each phase. Consistency of management and personnel guarantees thorough project knowledge by all staff involved in a project and facilitates consistent recommendations and decisions.
